The SAP Generative AI Hub Training course is designed to help professionals master enterprise-grade Generative AI implementation using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This hands-on program focuses on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration services, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI governance within SAP environments.
The training begins with the foundations of SAP Generative AI Hub, where learners understand the role of Generative AI in enterprise transformation and how SAP enables governed AI access through SAP BTP and AI Launchpad. You will learn how to provision AI environments, configure resource groups, manage tenants, and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for secure enterprise AI operations .
A major focus of the course is on LLM selection and benchmarking, where you will evaluate models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, and Meta. You will also learn to use the SAP Cloud SDK to compare model performance, latency, token usage, and cost efficiency for business use cases.
The course further explores Prompt Engineering and Prompt Registry management, including designing reusable enterprise prompts, version control, collaboration, and CI/CD integration. Advanced modules focus on orchestration services and RAG integration, where you will connect SAP HANA Cloud vector engines to LLM workflows to ground responses with enterprise data and reduce hallucinations.
