Hi there! I’m a former Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I led large-scale transformation projects across industries—from strategy to execution—with a focus on performance improvement and organizational redesign. My work has taken me across the Americas and Asia, partnering with both global enterprises and regional leaders.
As part of McKinsey’s Organization Practice, I specialized in strategy and organization design, corporate governance at the shareholder, board, and executive levels, as well as talent strategy and incentive system design. I’ve helped executive teams navigate complexity, align their organizations, and build high-performing cultures.
Before joining McKinsey, I spent five years in a tech startup, wearing multiple hats in product management and business development—an experience that taught me the importance of agility, speed, and user-centric thinking.
Through this course and others, I hope to share what I’ve learned from both boardrooms and startups with learners around the world. Whether you're an aspiring consultant, a business professional, or just curious about how strategy really works in the field—I’m glad you’re here.
Thank you for investing in your growth, and for letting me be part of that journey!
Hello, I’m a project manager and technical lead with a deep background in business intelligence and analytics. Since 2010, I’ve been working hands-on with SAP BusinessObjects, helping organizations design and implement end-to-end BI solutions—from architecture and data modeling to integration and dashboard delivery.
Over the years, I’ve led complex analytics projects, guiding everything from BI strategy and data architecture to enterprise reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and dashboard development. I hold certifications in both the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform and Web Intelligence, and I’m also an authorized SAP instructor for key areas including platform administration, Web Intelligence, Universe Design, and Dashboards (formerly known as Xcelsius).
Sharing knowledge is something I genuinely enjoy—whether that’s mentoring a colleague or creating learning experiences for a broader audience. If you're taking one of my courses, thank you for being here. I’m excited to help you build confidence and skills in the world of BI and SAP!
Let’s learn and grow together.
