The SAP Agentic AI Training course is designed to help professionals master the next generation of intelligent enterprise automation using SAP’s Agentic AI ecosystem. This hands-on course provides in-depth knowledge of autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, SAP AI Core, and enterprise workflow automation using SAP technologies.
The training begins with the foundations of SAP Agentic AI, where learners understand the evolution from traditional SAP Joule skills to intelligent autonomous Joule Agents managed through SAP AI Core. You will explore agentic architectures, conversational state persistence, planning engines, and context-aware decision-making systems .
A major focus of the course is on building AI agents in Joule Studio, including defining agent goals, configuring permissions, integrating OData and REST APIs, and implementing dynamic tool selection based on business intent. You will also learn how to handle API timeouts, retries, and intelligent error recovery in enterprise scenarios.
The course further explores LangGraph integration with SAP HANA Cloud, where you will develop stateful AI agents capable of maintaining conversational memory and automating business workflows. You will gain hands-on experience building Python-based LangGraph agents connected to SAP HANA for automated invoice processing and workflow execution.
Advanced modules focus on multi-agent systems orchestration, including hierarchical and network-based collaboration models, supervisor agents, task delegation, and consensus-driven workflows. Additionally, the course covers enterprise workflow automation, integrating SAP Signavio insights, SAP Process Automation, and human-in-the-loop compliance models for intelligent business operations.
