Who Should Take This Exam
Candidates are encouraged to have:
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in roles such as UX designer, administrator, engineer, facilitator, researcher, or stakeholder.
3–6 months of experience applying UX design concepts within Salesforce.
This certification is intended for those who want to demonstrate their ability to connect business needs with design strategies and Salesforce tools.
