The Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification validates your ability to apply email marketing best practices using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes content creation, subscriber and data management, automation, delivery, and analytics — all within the Email Studio application.
Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Einstein features. They should be able to import and segment data, send targeted campaigns, and interpret results using tracking reports.

At least 6 months of experience working with Marketing Cloud Email tools

You do not need advanced development skills in HTML, CSS, or server-side scripting, nor do you need experience with custom API integrations.
