Proficiency in using Salesforce Einstein functionalities, including Sales emails, Service replies, Work Summary, Copilot Builder, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder, and the capability to implement and customize these features to meet specific business needs.
Skill in navigating Salesforce tools and developing custom solutions, actions, or integrations within the Salesforce environment.
