What you'll learn

  • Pass the Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Platform Administrator II) exam with confidence, using original questions built on the current published objectives
  • Design and troubleshoot the full security model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, territory management and record access
  • Build advanced automation with Flow, approval processes and declarative logic, and choose the right tool for each business requirement
  • Extend the platform with custom objects, record types, page layouts and applications that scale without creating technical debt
  • Manage data and analytics at scale: large data volumes, deduplication, custom report types, joined reports and dynamic dashboards
  • Apply auditing and monitoring tools, field history, setup audit trail and login forensics to keep an org compliant
  • Handle environment management and deployment across sandboxes using change sets and release planning
  • Answer scenario questions the way an experienced admin does, weighing maintainability and security rather than picking the first workable option

Description

Pass the Salesforce Advanced Administrator exam on your first attempt.

Salesforce now lists this credential as Platform Administrator II, though the ecosystem — and the official prep course, CRT-211 — still calls it Advanced Administrator. Whichever name you registered under, the exam is the same, and it is a significant step up from the Administrator credential you already hold.

The jump catches people out. The base Administrator exam asks what a feature does. This one hands you a business problem, gives you four technically valid ways to solve it, and asks which one an experienced admin would actually choose — accounting for maintainability, security implications, record volume and what breaks in six months. Memorising feature lists does not get you through it. Recognising trade-offs does.

What you get

  • Full-length practice tests that mirror the structure, difficulty and pacing of the live exam

  • A detailed explanation on every single question — why the correct answer wins, and why each plausible alternative is the wrong call

  • Blueprint-weighted coverage of every domain: Security and Access, Process Automation, Objects and Applications, Data and Analytics Management, Sales and Service Cloud Applications, Auditing and Monitoring, and Environment Management and Deployment

  • Multi-select questions included, matching the live format that costs unprepared candidates their pass mark

  • Current automation coverage — Flow-first, reflecting the retirement of Workflow Rules and Process Builder rather than the legacy tooling older question banks still test

  • Kept current. Salesforce refreshes this blueprint with its release cycle, and the question bank is reviewed and updated alongside it. Enroll once and your access covers every future revision.

  • Unlimited retakes, randomized question order, mobile-friendly, lifetime access

How to use this course

Sit the first test cold, before studying anything — a baseline tells you where your time is worth spending. The explanations are the real course material, so read every one, including on questions you answered correctly by instinct. Note the domains where you fall short, open a Developer org and actually build the flow, sharing rule or deployment you got wrong, then move to the next test. When you clear the pass mark comfortably on a first attempt, book the exam.

Before you enroll

The Salesforce Administrator credential is the prerequisite for this certification, and Salesforce expects meaningful hands-on experience administering a complex org. This course is built to sharpen and validate that experience, not substitute for it. Every question here is original and written from the current published exam objectives. These are not brain dumps, and this course is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Salesforce. Salesforce and Trailhead are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.

Who this course is for:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrators preparing for Advanced Administrator / Platform Administrator II
  • Admins who registered under either name and want material aligned to the current blueprint
  • Senior admins moving toward consultant, architect or platform owner roles
  • Solo admins who have learned on the job and want to find their blind spots before exam day
  • Anyone who has failed this exam once and needs to isolate weak domains before re-sitting
  • Not suitable for people new to Salesforce — earn the Administrator credential first
