SACS software Course: Module I

This course is the start of the first modules about design offshore structure by using SACS. This course presents the way to start the model for the in place analysis by using SACS software. This online course will present,  how to start to build the offshore structure model and the way of the interface between the user and the software. This is a very important module to start another Sessons that cover many important topics like the soil structure interaction, dynamic analysis , lifting ,  launching, upending analysis.  Therefore, the participant should understand this very well to start build the model by using SACS easily to start performing the analysis. It presents also how to read the output results and obtain the straining actions and design the members in addition to design the joint can as well. My advice before joining this course you should be familiar with offshore structure design like wave theory, member design under hydrostatic pressure and types of member design like boat landing, riser guard and other which is presented in my book or can join my webinar that cover all of these item in offshore structure design construction and maintenance course or through my book with the same name.
