تهدف هذه الدورة إلى تزويد المشاركين بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لإنشاء وتحليل منحنيات التقدم (S-Curve) , الكورس يغطي العديد من المهارات المتقدمة في اني كيفيه انشاء (S-Curve) و اظهاره داخل Power BI و كيفيه استخدام خاصيه Financial Period  داخل البريمافيرا و عمل التحديد و تخزينها حتي نستطيع  اخراج ال Trend Analysis  للمشروع و التقسيمات المختلفه .

كما سنتناول معادلات متقدمة ال DAX  ستمكننا منا عرض نسب التقدم و التأخير في المشروع و اي الاقسام اكثر تأخيرا , كل هذا بشكل تفاعلي و محدث باستمرار.

1-انشاء ال S-Curve  الاسبوعي و التراكمي للBaseline داخل ال Power BI.

2-  استخدام ال Financial Period  في عمل التحديثات و حفظها.

4- انشاء ال Date Table و شرح كيفيه ربط الPV%  مع ال EV% .

5- شرح معادلات متقدمة من ال DAX  كفييه استخدامها في عرض المؤشرات المشروع (KPIs) بشكل دقيق.

6- كيفيه استخدام ال Activity Code  لعرض تقدم المشروع بأكثر من طريقه .

7- تحليل Trend Analysis و معرفه نسبه تأخر المشروع و حجم التأخير لكل منطقه في المشروع .
