Requirements

- However, some aspects of this course are mainly directed to UK entrepreneurs because the legal and regulatory framework for Hiring, and Insurance refers to British laws and regulations.

5. Operational Planning: · this will help you plan your business activities for at least 12 months and identify all resources needed (manpower, finance, time, equipment, facilities) to reach your short to mid-term business objectives.
Even though they cover complex and comprehensive topics, our video tutorials offer contents that are easy to follow and understand (both in terms of language and visuals), and are designed to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities.
Throughout this tutorial, you’ll have the option to pause and rewind the videos at any time, as well as slowing down the delivery speed.

After working at senior management levels in the public and social sectors for more than 20 years, I decided to work for myself and for the past 10 years, I’ve been busy setting up, running and sometimes selling various commercial and social ventures.
I’m truly passionate about what I do and I honestly don’t consider it to be a job!
I strive to empower others to reach their full potential and become better entrepreneur. I do this by offering business coaching and mentoring support, and by enabling them to gain the skills, acumen and confidence to become fully-fledged and all-round entrepreneurs.
Whether working with clients on a one-to-one basis or in small group settings (via workshops and seminars), I always do my best to centre the learning experience around clients’ needs and desire to achieve their set goals.
I am currently the Executive Director of a social enterprise that help clients throughout their journey to achieving personal, professional and business development goals.
In a nutshell (if this could fit in one!), the bulk of my work focusses on enabling other people to set up, grow and make their business more sustainable as well as giving them the opportunity to -re-assess their entrepreneurial journey.
