Instructor
I help people achieve thier goal of running a marathon by giving them the motivation, inspiration, and tactics needed to run a marathon! When I ran my first marathon I was someone who had no experience in running long distance. In fact the farthest id ever ran was 4 miles back in elementary school, and on my first day of training I couldnt even run a mile, I got half way and quite. To make things worse I didn't even know how to breathe right as all my runs ended with me getting a side cramp and having to quit. Shortly after I injured both of my knees, I was devastated. After a few months of training I had made little to know progress and self doubt was kicking in. I questioned myself asking if this was possible, if my lack of experience would cause me to fail. But I dug deep, I continued to train, and ran when I didn't feel like it and after 8 months of training I achieved my goal of running a marathon. The best part isnt the trophy, its the journey. You will unlock a different level mindset that you didnt have before that will give you the belief and confidence in yourself to do what ever you put your mind too. So I challenge you to take action, push yourself past your percieved limits, and sign up to run a marathon!
