He taught us that our greatness and strength was ours for the taking, we just needed tools to remember this truth. Disease comes from structural change. This is the oriental, ancient way of looking at it. This body and its bones have no screws nor bolts. The body is held together by tissue and by muscle. During one’s life, many movements occur in the body simultaneously influencing the action of the muscles.

Certain muscles are stronger and hold the skeleton in a different way than the other muscles. This can lead to physical problems. Life becomes imbalanced and irritation sets in. The whole body structure is responsible for one's elevation, for one’s “being-ness.”

A car has a transmission, it uses gas and it starts. If one part is missing, or if just a little air does not get to the gas, it dies. It is the same with the body!

This kriya or set will keep you out of trouble. This is how you can elevate your spirit by adjusting your body.

The name of this kriya is Breath of Fire with Lion’s Paws Resetting the Brain’s Electromagnetic Field.  Wah will give an introduction and tune you in. This short one-exercise kriya has a powerful and immediate effect on the brain and electromagnetic field. The pressure in the hand position triggers reflexes in the fingertips to each area of the brain. The movement of the arms moves the nodes and glands in the lymphatic system. It also pressurizes the nervous system to change its current state. With Breath of Fire added to the motion, this enhances functioning of the pituitary and stimulates the pineal gland to increase the radiance and subtle frequency of the brain’s projection.
