Enjoy 15 minutes of guided movement exploration on the floor, and experience the calming and soothing effects of this wonderful practice.
How we connect through our feet to the ground plays a very important role in the way we move and feel, I never thought that feet could contribute to my sense of wellbeing this much, come and find it out yourself why.
Root and Flow will guide you through different movement practices to help you deepen your connection to your own body and soul. It is designed for you if you would like to somatically work on feeling safe, secure and grounded. The course offers different ways to promote grounding: Karin`s `Safe and Grounded` meditation will guide you through powerful affirmations to relax your mind and prepare you for a gentle movement practice. Since our thoughts create our reality, it is important to learn affirmations and allow them to reprogram our mind, leading us to feeling safe and secure. You will find one gentle EarthFlow yoga sequence and another more dynamic EarthFlow yoga sequence that you can use as a daily practice to connect to the Element of earth. These sequences are built in a way that will balance your root chakra, thus promoting stability and grounding in your everyday life. The third pillar of the course is guided dance meditation and movement exploration to help you connect to your body on a deeper level. Karin Heller is a 500hrs certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, she completed her degree in contemporary dance later in life and is passionate about applying all her knowledge to create a safe space for you to retreat when you need it most.
