Having graduated from Damascus University with a BS.C in Electrical Engineering, I have started my career as a systems engineer. I was actually one of the pioneers in the region to obtain Microsoft credentials such as MCP, MCSE, and MCT.

I have started my project management career in 2003, working as a project manager for projects implemented in Saudi Airlines and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in 2003

In 2006, I was also one of the pioneers to obtain the PMP credential, and have switched since then to strategic management and business consultancy.

I'm currently the founder and CEO of Crossover Management Consultancy in Bahrain

I have moved a lot around the Middle East starting with my homeland, Syria moving to Saudi Arabia, then Egypt and Bahrain, and passing by several business trips to U.A.E. and Turkey, and other countries.

This has obviously enriched my experience and understanding of different cultures and business norms.

I also love learning foreign languages, and besides Arabic as my native tongue, I speak English, French, and German.
