Rey’s Anatomy is an intensive 8-week course designed to help artists master the human figure from the inside out. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your anatomy skills, this structured program breaks down complex forms into clear, approachable lessons with a focus on artistic application.

Each week focuses on a key area of the body:

  1. Skeleton & Proportions – Build a strong foundation by understanding the body’s internal structure and ideal proportions.

  2. Legs and Feet – Learn to draw stable, dynamic lower limbs with accurate form and flow.

  3. Thighs and Gluteals – Study the muscles of the upper legs and how they influence movement and volume.

  4. Front Torso – Explore the ribcage, abdominal muscles, and overall front-plane structure.

  5. Back Torso and Shoulders – Understand the complex layering of muscles that define posture and back anatomy.

  6. Arms – Break down upper and lower arm anatomy for more confident gesture and structure.

  7. Head: Face and Neck – Focus on facial structure, features, and how the neck supports and connects the head.

  8. Wrap-Up – Last Lecture – Review key takeaways, solidify your understanding, and get tips on applying your anatomy knowledge to your own art practice.
