Rewind Therapy for Trauma – A Powerful Approach for PTSD and More
Do you work with clients suffering from PTSD or trauma-related symptoms?
Do you want to learn a gentle, non-invasive therapy that can truly make a difference?
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner, a therapist-in-training, or simply someone who wants to help a loved one, this course will guide you through one of the most effective trauma treatments available: The Rewind Technique.
What Makes Rewind Therapy Unique?
Unlike other imaginal exposure therapies, Rewind Therapy does not require the client to disclose any details of their traumatic experience. That’s why it’s often referred to as “closure without disclosure.”
This approach has been used with hundreds of clients—veterans, survivors of abuse, accident victims, and more—with remarkable results. Flashbacks, night terrors, and intrusive thoughts often cease entirely, allowing people to reclaim their lives.
This Course Will Help You Work With:
PTSD (including combat trauma)
Childhood trauma
Sexual abuse
Domestic violence
Serious accidents or injuries
Near-death experiences
Victims and witnesses of traumatic events
About the Rewind Technique
Also known as the Fast Phobia Cure, this method was originally developed by Richard Bandler, co-founder of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). It was once called the VK Dissociation Technique—"V" for visual, and "K" for kinesthetic (feelings).
John’s modern version of Rewind Therapy updates the technique to reflect:
Advances in modern technology
Greater sensitivity to gender and equality
A streamlined approach for today’s therapeutic practice
What’s Included in the Course?
Step-by-step video training
A full course manual and all necessary documents
A live recorded session demonstrating the Rewind Technique in action
Ongoing support for integrating the technique into your current work
Whether you’re looking to expand your therapeutic toolkit or help someone you care about, this course will give you a practical, compassionate way to address trauma—safely, respectfully, and effectively.
