Welcome to the AIPAL Academy! We are an Australian based Consulting Company and your experts for BIM + CAD!
This course starts with how you can link an Architectural model into a new Revit MEP project. We will show you how to set it up correctly and what you need to consider. This includes Base Points, Grids, Monitoring of Elements and View Control.
We will of course model HVAC, Piping and Electrical systems with Fittings, Equipment and Accessories. After that we will check our systems, calculate loads and optimize them.
You will also learn how to annotate your model, including Tags, Text and Dimensions.
Of course we will look at how to setup Views, View Filters and how to get the right Elements into the correct Schedule.
Once everything is modelled we will create Sheets, arrange views and schedules on the plans and print/ export to PDF or a printer.
This course will put you in a position to work on your first real Revit Project. If you run into any kind of problems, you can always contact us and we are more than happy to help you working through this course.
This course contains a sample Architectural project, so that you can follow along on your own Computer.
