Hello and welcome to my unfolding story!
Why have I [Heather] created these programs?
Many years ago, when my life changed drastically, the foundations of my understanding about ‘life the Universe and all that’ were seriously challenged. So I began a journey searching for meaning, ‘what life is about’, and what I was here for.
I began by exploring Meditation and traditional Yoga – found them so helpful during that distressing time that I learnt to teach these fantastic practices – so great for easing stress and balancing body, mind and spirit.
Yet, it wasn’t enough so, over years, I explored paths of Personal Development, Positive Psychology, Counselling, Coaching, and assorted modalities. Those which I found helpful, valuable, are now in my ‘tool-kit’.
As I look back, the journey has taken twists and turns through different decades of my life. We moved to different cities and even a new country. Kids grew up. Throughout, I see I followed my own unique path – and the fun part is that those wonderful people sharing this journey, walking beside me, are also on their own unique paths!
This journey I now call ‘my life’ and the more I explore and understand, the better my life has become - I love this journey!
At times of change in my life, when a phase ended, I have returned to this tool-kit to re-evaluate, find which fork in the road to choose. As I look back, each time I have chosen a different path, life has got even better – it is wonderful 20/20 hind-sight!
