Abs - Mountain Climbers with Resistance Bands and Ankle Straps
Back and Legs with a resistance band secured with both feet and one part around the neck as we squat slowly.
Strengthen your arms with a resistance band, performing slow curls in various stances and grips to feel arm tension, then try chin-up bar pulls and cross or front reps.
Strengthen back muscles with resistance bands by performing a banded Superman, pulling out, holding, and breathing, then adding front reaches and hip movement; keep movements slow and controlled.
In this course I will be going through various exercises to develop and strengthen our arm, back, leg, and ab muscles using resistance bands. The movements will be slow and accessible for the beginning exercise enthusiast to advanced. The exercises shown can be modified for more experienced fitness levels such as using resistance bands with greater resistance. The aim of this course is to provide you with a series of simple follow along videos to get you started on your journey to getting more fit and stronger. One of the main reasons why I love the resistance bands are because of their portability as they can be easily folded and packed up in your backpack or jacket pocket. They are also widely available and can be easily modified for the beginner or more advanced fitness enthusiast by adding more bands or changing your position on the bands while doing the exercise. I will be demonstrating the movements at a slow tempo and will provide chances for you to practice the exercises along with me. I will be going through familiar exercises such as the push-up and showing how you can add the resistance band to this exercise to take your fitness game up a notch.
