Be more resilient. We specialise in coaching endurance sports and triathlon. Whether you are just starting out as a runner, or a seasoned pro looking to step up to a new challenge, we are here to help you.
We believe sport and exercise are more than just the physical workout: it is also important to consider the mental side. 360 degree coaching involves looking at how exercise fits into your life to support your wellbeing rather than detracting from it.
Resilient is led by Chris Worfolk. Chris is a certified coach with both British Triathlon and IRONMAN. He is also a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and holds additional qualifications with England Athletics and Swim England. He is a 6 x IRONMAN finisher and ultra-marathon runner.
