Our mood, energy levels, and skin all are affected by what we eat, how we sleep, and how we manage our stress.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Nutrition Specialist I realized that adding nutrition assistance to my clients personal training experience with me was a game changer. When my clients became more confident in their food choices and creating a sustainable lifestyle for themselves, minor setbacks didn't turn into completely quitting anymore.
I chose to create this program for anyone. I mean ANYONE! I wont get too scientific on my approach because I want someone with little to no knowledge of this topic to be able to take this course and use it in real life. After taking this course you will be able to:

My name is Pamela Ricardo and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I found my love for fitness during the worst time of my life. I lost both of my parents in a year time span and it caused me to go into a deep depression. Going to the gym was my outlet. I was there so much that I decided to start taking it seriously and studying the body and the many things it can accomplish through persistence and staying motivated. One day I was approached about becoming a personal trainer and I decided to go for it. The rest is history. I then went on to get certified in personal training, group training, and fitness nutrition so that I could really be of assistance to my clients in every way. I have competed in bodybuilding competitions and won with only having the knowledge from training myself, my clients, and of course, studying. I take this seriously and want to change others lives because when you take care of your body it takes care of you. My company, Body By P.A.M., is one of my greatest accomplishments and is still growing and I welcome you to come onboard. Remember, through Persistence And Motivation (PAM) we can accomplish anything we put our minds to.
