    What we’ll cover: This is your welcome and orientation module. You’ll get to know me (Rebekah), hear why we created this course, and learn the meaning behind Moonbeam Monday. I’ll also walk you through how the course is structured, and how to make the most of your time here, without adding more to your plate.


    We’ll also lay the groundwork for everything that follows by helping you understand something essential... you are not broken. You are not lazy. You are not failing. You’ve just been running a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode, and this course is about gently shifting you out of that.


    Why it’s important: Before we dive into the tools and strategies, it’s important to feel seen, supported, and grounded. This module helps you arrive - mentally, emotionally, and physically - so you’re not just 'watching a course,' but actually allowing yourself to begin again.
