What we’ll cover: This is your welcome and orientation module. You’ll get to know me (Rebekah), hear why we created this course, and learn the meaning behind Moonbeam Monday. I’ll also walk you through how the course is structured, and how to make the most of your time here, without adding more to your plate.
We’ll also lay the groundwork for everything that follows by helping you understand something essential... you are not broken. You are not lazy. You are not failing. You’ve just been running a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode, and this course is about gently shifting you out of that.
Why it’s important: Before we dive into the tools and strategies, it’s important to feel seen, supported, and grounded. This module helps you arrive - mentally, emotionally, and physically - so you’re not just 'watching a course,' but actually allowing yourself to begin again.
Because this isn’t about learning more. It’s about reconnecting with what’s already within you.
Welcome to Module 2.
What we’ll cover: This module helps you identify how stress is showing up in your body, your mind, and your behaviour. We explore the stress cycle, what keeps it going, and how to interrupt it.
Why it’s important: If you’ve ever said, “I know what to do, I just don’t do it,” this will explain why. Understanding how your system gets stuck in survival mode is key to changing how you feel, and how you show up in your life.
Welcome to Module 3.
What we’ll cover: Here, we introduce a powerful mindset model called Cause vs. Effect. You’ll learn how to spot the difference between being stuck in blame and stepping into your own power, even in tough situations.
Why it’s important: This is the moment most people say, “Wow, that changes everything!” It’s not about positive thinking. It’s about seeing the choices you do have, so you can stop spinning and start moving forward.
Welcome to Module 4.
What we’ll cover: In this module we teach you a simple breathing technique, a powerful tool to calm your nervous system anytime, anywhere - and it's free! You’ll learn how your breath affects your brain, body, and mood in real time.
Why it’s important: This isn’t 'just breathing.' This is a direct line to your parasympathetic nervous system, the part that says, “It’s safe to slow down.” Once you learn how to access this state, everything else becomes easier.
Welcome to Module 5.
What we’ll cover: We’ll uncover 5 hidden beliefs that quietly sabotage your ability to prioritise yourself, and gently begin to shift them. You’ll learn how to recognise old patterns and create space for new ones.
Why it’s important: If self-care always feels like "too much” or something you have to earn, it’s time for a reset. This module helps you understand what’s driving the resistance, so you can stop feeling guilty for meeting your own needs.
Welcome to Module 6.
What we’ll cover: This is a practical breakdown of the 5 dimensions of real self-care: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. You’ll explore what each one means for you, and choose simple ways to bring them into your day.
Why it’s important: Self-care isn’t indulgence. It’s infrastructure. This module helps you define what actually nourishes your energy, so you can feel better without adding more to your to-do list.
Welcome to Module 7.
What we’ll cover: You’ll bring everything together by creating your own Reset Ritual - a simple, intentional rhythm to support your energy, focus, and wellbeing. This includes daily habits, weekly recharge activities, and boundary reminders.
Why it’s important: This is how we make it stick. Your Reset Ritual becomes your anchor - something you can return to again and again, especially when life gets busy or loud. It’s not about doing everything. It’s about knowing what brings you back to you.
Take a moment to acknowledge how far you’ve come. In this final video, we’ll revisit the shifts you’ve made, talk about how to keep your Reset Ritual alive, and explore what support might look like if you’re ready for more.
