The enclosed audio will introduce you to your TimeLine and how to navigate it.
If an emotion becomes overwhelming, float higher up on your TimeLine, so far up and back that your Timeline looks like it's just an inch long. The emotions will release.
You will know if you have reached the time before the first event if 90% of the emotions have released.
If you are still really feeling it, you aren't at the first event. Instruct your subconscious to take you to the FIRST time you felt this.
If the emotions still aren't releasing, there is a part of you that doesn't feel safe to let this go, usually because it feels like that emotion is somehow protecting you.
Ask yourself, how is that emotion benefiting me? What are you getting out of holding on to it?
Would life be easier if you learned what you needed to and let this emotion go?
What could you do that would give you the perceived benefit, without the pain?
OK, it's your turn. Have you chosen an emotion or trauma you want to clear?
Have some water. Take a deep breath. Play the audio!
TimeLine Transformation happens quickly and easily, but don't underestimate it's impact.
You've literally Time Traveled and Changed a core memory that will effect your entire life, and you did it in MINUTES.
That's no small thing.
It's EXTREMELY important that you take time to nurture yourself now.
Take time to give yourself what you need, to nourish yourself deeply as your mind, and body adjust to this new TimeLine.
Drinks lots of water.
Don't put anything in your body that's hard to digest for the next 24 hours.
Rest, you might find you need to just sleep. Do it!
Have an epsom salts bath if you can, or just soak your feet if a bath isn't available.
Be gentle with yourself until you 'catch up with yourself'.
You've just reprogrammed a part of your brain that has probably been causing you pain for a long time.
Celebrate by taking excellent care of your faithful body.
What childhood trauma caused you to feel unloved, unwanted or not good enough?
Marv shut down his ability to love when he was just 5 years old. He finally understands what happened after 75 years, and can move forward at last.
Shelly heard phrases like "Don't tell anyone" or catches a whiff of a certain smell, and was plunged back into the trauma she suffered as a little child.
In this TimeLine Transformation we go back and rescue her baby self before the abuse began, and put her in a beautiful sanctuary in her heart, raised by loving angels.
She moves from grief and guilt, judgement and shame, to peaceful and 'everything is fine, everything is taken care of'
By the end her physical vision has improved, she can see clearly, she feels lighter.
What are you noticing after doing this with us?
When Ash's father died she disconnected from her body, thinking she would die as well. He was her world, a huge part of her left with him, leaving her feeling numb, unable to feel her body.
She didn't think this would work for her, she thought only death could help her.
We rewrote her personal history so that she stayed present in her body.
She gave herself permission to live without her Father.
Her vision improves as well.
Steven's stepfather abused him as a child, leaving him unable to express his wants and desires, introverted.
We go back and empower him as a child, giving him the tools he needed to speak about how he felt. This changed the experience with his stepfather, and everything else in his life.
He learns that he doesn't have to be concerned about what other people think of him. He can ask for what he wants.
He now feels empowered and able to express himself. His vision has cleared.
We go into the future, and return to the present as his successful future self.
We get locked in trauma in part because our brains get addicted to emotional cycles.

Brief explanation from Jonathon Hudson NLP Practitioner
Without going in to too much detail, the subconscious cannot store an emotion in the future. Yes, we can say that fear is stored in the future, but its not really fear, its anxiety based on an old fear. And we can deal with anxiety as well, but thats a different process.
So let's take anger and sadness. One cannot store anger and sadness in the future. Your mind does not work that way. It can be felt in the present and stored in the past and goes waaayyyyy back to formative years. Every time you feel anger or sadness now, you feel that emotion PLUS all of the previous similar emotions on your Gestalt line. (aka: BAGGAGE!)
So.... here is where it gets interesting
When you go back on your "timeline" to the place it all started (the unconscious knows this) and turn around and look at the present, the unconscious says "oops, I made a mistake" because those emotions CANNOT be stored there because negative emotions are not stored in the future. And then the magic happens. They are dissolved. Just like that. It is the only technique that fully collapses the Gestalt chain.
