Accelerate personal transformation by executing with aligned context, behavior, and mindset to boost progress; optimize conditions, raise expectations, remove old patterns, clarify assumptions, and build supportive networks.
Explore how your context shapes action and results, and learn to optimize perception, momentum, and focus. Two tools for executing assumptions and choosing supportive allies to improve commitment and progress.
Adopt two assumptions, things will go wrong and will take more effort, to stay grounded. Embrace acceptance and resilience, rather than overly optimistic thinking, to sustain progress.
Embrace the reality that humility takes time and is harder than expected, building resilience against a big ego by maintaining steady effort and recognizing inevitable obstacles.
Choose the right supporters to sustain personal transformation, recognizing that change polarizes others, and seek real-world or online allies, accountability partners, or supporters like books, forums, or TV shows.
Seek supporters who challenge you in a healthy way to keep your ego in check, avoid enablers who stroke it, and rethink ties with egotistical coworkers and family.
Discover how actions drive transformation and apply techniques: new associations, cognitive behavioral therapy and journaling, four moments: trigger thoughts, emotions, and behavior, immersion and intensity, and spontaneity to boost results.
Explore how neuro associations create conditioned responses and Pavlovian cues, then break negative habits by reframing pain and pleasure per Tony Robbins' definition, cultivating empowering exercise over junk food.
Identify and challenge the assumptions behind egotistical behaviors, such as distrust and fear of failure. Dive into the pain these premises cause to change programmed behaviors and find healthy alternatives.
Explore CBT journaling as a practical tool for personal transformation by analyzing triggers, thoughts, emotions, and behavior, and intervening at any of the four stages.
practice cognitive behavioral journaling to remove ego by becoming aware of reactions and changing thoughts, feelings, and behavior around triggers, such as a coworker dismissing your idea.
Identify and master the building blocks of transformation by breaking goals into micro habits, prioritizing nutrition, exercise, triggers management, and boundary setting to accelerate motivation and results.
Adopt the building blocks for removing ego: let go of the need to be right, detach failures from your identity, and tolerate inevitable mistakes to stay open and nonjudgmental.
Immersion connects you with others on the same transformation journey, revealing how they think and behave. Intensity and sprints push you toward bigger goals and faster progress.
Use emotion and intensity to confront ego by reading stories of others' realities. Sprint to practice deliberate humility in key situations to reinforce your baseline and boost certainty.
Embrace spontaneity to inject variety into your routine, changing context, routines, and even rewards to boost motivation, break comfort zones, and sustain progress and learning.
Leverage spontaneity to remove ego by varying routines, vetting data before asserting, and choosing humility, then selectively assert when you know you are right and recharge with a guilty pleasure.
Discover how mindset shapes motivation and progress in personal transformation, and apply two techniques—visualizing a successful self and expectation theory—to optimize your mindset.
Visualize the ideal self with five-minute daily practice and use implementation intention to map how you will transform, leveraging the reticular activation system and questions.
Practice visualization of the ideal version of yourself to guide daily growth, embodying quiet confidence and fact-based interactions, using quick five-minute visualization routines and occasional deep dives.
Expectation theory dictates that what you expect you get, shaping your behavior and others' responses. Hold paradoxical views and, when strategic, detach from reality to raise standards and achieve results.
Leverage expectation theory to be delusional about a quiet, humble, data-driven confidence, setting ego aside and focusing on facts. Ignore ego and emotions to maintain this reality.

Learn to preempt ego-driven negativity by changing your physiology with expansive poses and reframing focus with directed questions to stay calm, objective, and open.
Learn to discharge negative emotions through catharsis by absorb-and-release and letter-writing techniques, then close the topic to gain closure and move forward with renewed energy.

Conclude by reviewing defining your transformation goals and identity, executing with the right context and behavior, and building resilience to overcome doubt and negative emotions.
In this course, we are going to cover the psychology of your transformation towards better removing your ego and being more objective. This is a course that is not that focused on the actual techniques and practical skills (conversation techniques, attitudes), but the mindset. In other words, if you already know what you have to do logically, but for some reason, you can't get yourself to do it (maybe it's your emotions, maybe you don't deal well with setbacks, or others), then this is the course for you.
Our goal with this course is to cover the psychology of personal transformation. In other words, how to get you to change your behavior. We will be exploring three main phases:
- Definition (knowing what your specific goals are, your timeline, making a decision);
- Executing (actually starting to have less ego and be more objective in conversation, having the right mindset and supporters, among other things);
- Resilience (knowing how to properly discharge negative emotions, as well as change your state when you find yourself in a negative one);
The course contains multiple techniques related to psychology, behavior change, and other areas, all applied to help you stay connected to reality and avoid becoming stubborn or falling into delusions that will prevent you from having healthy discussions and relationship with others.
By the end of this course, you will know how to cultivate the necessary habits and behaviors to have less ego in the long-term, not being derailed by obstacles, and always performing at your best.
