Instructor
Chelsea is an Australian Naturopath specialising in holistic health to improve quality of life and support longevity. She completed a four-year Health Science Degree that provided her with skills and knowledge in nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice to promote wellbeing. She has been working in the field of holistic health for over 10 years.
Chelsea furthered her studies by undertaking a yoga teacher training in Byron Bay. This helped to expand her awareness of the human body and how to take care of it as well as exploring new ways to move and breathe that are beneficial for the body.
The underlying philosophy of Chelsea's work is based on the 5 core pillars of holistic health. These are:
