My goal is to help you understand the most important thing in business, relationships or in healthy living isn't what you have or what you strive for. Before you do anything else, the most important thing to focus on is you!
Unless you first understand what you need, whether it be acceptance, love, forgiveness, or permission, first comes from yourself to yourself, everything else you strive for will fall short of that one thing you want most of all - more than any of the things already mentioned - fulfillment of your purpose.
The only way to achieve fulfillment of purpose is to master those other four qualities mentioned above, and realize - you have the ability to give those to yourself, because had them inside you all along.
So why would you want listen to me?
It has nothing to do with my degree in counseling psychology, or my many years of experience as a life coach, NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) master practitioner and trainer, hypnotherapist, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) an REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) practitioner, or an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) master practitioner.
It has nothing to do with the fact I specialize in helping survivors of abuse break free from the prison of guilt and shame, or that I designed a therapeutic model to help overcome both of those issues, quickly and efficiently, and used to to break free from my own emotional prison.
The only reason you would want to pay attention to anything I have to teach you is because you find it valuable and helpful for you, and you believe it will help you achieve your goals.
