Throughout the course, you will learn about common pitfalls in the customer journey and how to avoid them, how to find and attract the right customers, and the importance of aligning values and beliefs to create delighted participants in your brand.

Here’s where we show you how to start attracting customers! This foundational work is an essential step in understanding everything about the Seven Levels of Engagement. You'll become an expert through learning and practicing how to create specific and personalized content strategies.
This video example shows how you ensure that your Calls to Action are on brand and relevant to your Catalyst Statement. Use your workbook and this video to create specific solutions that encourage participation from your customers and address the problems that are holding them back from interacting with you. This video discusses Self Regulated Interest and how you can work to keep your customers engaged- all on their own. It's important to understand Calls to Action (CTA's) - and that sometimes you have to give in order to receive. Learn how to think like your customer and know what's in it for them. This awareness drives people to connect with your brand- and keeps them coming back for more.
It's time to progress with your customers. This video outlines how you’ve piqued their interest- now let's work together to discover how to keep them interested and show them you care about them. Remember, sometimes when the ask is bigger, customers need encouragement in the form of an incentive. Almost there! We've reached the 'Delight' section of the course. In these levels, your customers' values are already aligned with yours. We delve deeper into maintaining active participants in the customer journey, providing teachable tools, and supporting the brand loyalists that can help scale your business. The goal is to create active customers you engage with that are proud to promote you and your brand.
Your customers are officially delighted by you and your brand. But to make them take the next steps to reach the Seventh Level, we have to do more- we have to inspire them. In this video, you'll learn about providing value to your customers beyond just the products and services you provide. We'll discuss tools for teaching, motivating, and inspiring your customers through shared connections.
So, you're the thought leader. Now, let's motivate others to be thought leaders too. In this case study video, we provide examples that show how you can work to inspire your customers to grow, learn, and make positive changes.
