REIKI I - The Reiki 1 includes the hand positions used when doing Reiki on you and others, the Reiki principles, and history of Reiki. You will receive the attunements. Once you have received the attunements you are a Reiki Practitioner.
REIKI II - The Reiki 2 will help you learn about how to perform Reiki from a distance and this level includes the three Reiki Symbols (Focus, Harmony, and Connection).These are

Many years ago I was a Reiki practitioner and medical massage therapist. This was a lovely course to reactivate that energy in me and to reconnect to the Reiki energies! It's not so much that if you don't use it you lose it, but if you don't use it...a brush up is needed in my opinion to reactivate and awaken those energies!
Being interested in the infinite mind and energy fields for a time I had an enlightening experience with energy healing in a book I was reading .( a ganglion cyst I had for a few years on my wrist , that I had drained previously but came right back ) through a hand healing position I gave it a try . ( the next morning it was completely flat ) .This incident aroused my curiosity of energy healing .( I knew it works ). This is a very interesting course that I will be going over many times . Felt great by trying the many self hand positions . ( course was explained and illustrated very well .
