A final Note

In this course you will learn to use the energy inside you and all the energies around you.

there are 3 levels , level 1, level 2 and level 3 Master teacher.

At each level will follow an attunement .

YOU will learn how to use the symbols of the elements and the Master symbol. and we will wake up the energy of Kundalini inside you

The Attunement

To receive remote the attunement

You need to send me 1 of your photo and your details, your date of birth, your country and the day and time more suitable for you to receive the attunement.

Guidelines to receive the attunementes

To receive the remote attunement, I recommend to choose a quiet place where you can sit or lie down in a comfortable position for 20-25 minutes, making sure you are not disturbed for the necessary time.

It is possible to listen soft music if you like, light an incense stick and a candle.

Close your eyes and state mentally or aloud your intention to receive the attunement:

"I am open and ready to receive the attunement at the three levels of Reiki Of the 5 ELEMENTS from Ted”

When you accept the attunement you can only accept it 1 level per time

For example to accept the attunement of the level 1 you would say:

I’m open and ready to receive the attunement of the level 1 of the Reiki of the 5 elements

It is very important that you take the attunement 1 by 1 it is for the energies that they would need at least 24 hours

Then relax and let the attunement take its course.

During attunement, you may feel sensations of heat or coolness, tingling or numbness.

It is possible to perceive colours or energies all around.

It is also possible not to perceive anything in particular.

The attunement will still be effective, regardless of your perceptions.

If you want, you can focus your attention on the 7th chakra by visualizing a brilliant and pure white light flowing into it.

Imagine that the light fills it with the purest love and joy, then visualize the light descending and flowing into the 6th chakra and filling it with the same purity.

Visualize the light progressively descend and flow within each chakra up to the first.

Finally imagine that the light, coming down through your legs, comes out of your feet and forms roots that penetrate the earth.

Then visualize the same light, coming from the Universe and flowing directly through all the chakras, filling them with peace, love, a sense of protection and well-being, to then come out and be absorbed by the earth.

Doing this exercise, while receiving attunement, will allow you to maintain a connection with the physical dimension and feel regenerated and invigorated after attunement.

Most of the attunements last about 15 minutes but these times may vary, so don’t have rush, when you feel that the attunement is over, open your eyes and get up slowly.

It is advisable to drink plenty of water and do daily self-treatments in the days following the attunement.

As soon as you attune the attunement, you get to the first level, while for the other two levels you have the latent attunement inside you, refer to the course for the times between one attunement and another.

When you have to call the attunement of the second and third level, you will follow the exact same procedure described here, you will change your invocation for the second level and you will say third level for attunement at the third level.

After you will receive the attunements its requested self treatment for a minimum of 21 days

THE KUNDALINI

Kundalini is a Sanskrit term from ancient India meaning ‘coiled snake’.

Accord Kundalini is dormant potential force within the human organism, which rests as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine.

When this dormant energy flows freely upwards through the 7 main chakras, it leads to an expanded state of consciousness known as a Kundalini Awakening.

When using this symbol, the power comes from the earth which is connected to our earthstar chakra.

The water symbol it is a symbol used for both physical and spiritual healing in the physical body.

It is very important for the balance of healing, considering that the human body or any other living being is composed of 3 quarts of water, this symbol determines the balance to our physical body stimulates the detoxification of our body in all organs, promoting healing.

It acts directly on the DNA and at the cellular level, it is very effective for relieving stress.

When you connect to this element you connect with the energy of water oceans rain even water in the humid air.

The symbol of the is generally used to clean everything related to the mind from the Subconscious, all inconspicuous it removes, all the blocks that affect our mind and completely heals the negative effects of trauma.
