Reiki Levels 1 & 2

In this lecture I will give you an idea of how important energy is and how we work with energy everyday and not know it. 

You need this foundation because Reiki IS energy and when working with Reiki, you will be activating and harnessing energy.

In order to be a clear channel for Reiki energy, you must be healthy in mind, body and spirit. Not only do I want to teach you how to work with Reiki, but I want you to be the best you that you can be. Becoming a Reiki therapist is more like a lifestyle because you must take good care of yourself. You cannot help to heal others, unless you are healed.
