This is your journey with Reiki 21 Day Workbook. This must be fully completed before you can take my next Reiki Level 2 course. Reiki is your own personal journey with the energy and its vital that you form a habit of self healing everyday in order for you to become one with the energy. To know how the energy feels and to quieten your mind so you can truly understand what reiki is from the practice you put in.
Reiki is unlike other courses you may do, this is a life long personal healing journey and gives you the ability to truly open up your mind and consciousness to a new way of being.
Once you complete your 21 day journey, you can move on the Reiki 2. If you feel that this is as far as you want to take it then that its completely fine, however if you feel you have learned, practiced and want to move on to the next stage then go for it. Reiki Level 3 is in 2 parts and you can become a reiki teacher and help to spread this loving healing energy to enable others to discover the wonderful benefits too.

The purpose of this course is to give the reader a step by step guide to the teachings and disciplines associated with First Degree Usui Reiki. We have purposely kept the information concise so the reader can quickly and easily understand and apply Reiki.

Wherever possible we have avoided adding personal beliefs that may differ from the traditional teachings of Dr Mikao Usui. The knowledge and information contained in this course is based on the original Shiki Ryoho Method of Healing developed by Dr Usui over two hundred years ago.

If you desire to use the teachings contained within this book to heal yourself and others you must first have received the necessary attunements from a Reiki Master either in person or via distant attunement.
