With a deep commitment to learning and growing, I embarked on a journey to become a certified Reiki - Usui/Holy Fire® III Master Teacher, a Herbalist, a Master Crystal Healer, an Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner®, a Trauma Informed Holistic Life Coach, a Mind/Body Practitioner, Inner Child Healing Practitioner, Angel Healing Therapy and Empowerment Accredited Practitioner, and a Sound Therapist. My dedication to a life long pursuit of furthering my knowledge and expertise continues as I currently pursue Yin Yoga, 200hr Yoga and 50-Hrs Pranayama (Breathwork) Teacher Training Certifications.
