Description

This regulatory examination focuses on the role and responsibilities of a representative, and what they need to know about the FAIS Act in order to remain compliant.

The content of this examination focuses on the regulatory framework, i.e. FAIS, FICA, Code of Conduct, etc, as prescribed by the FSB.

All Representatives performing Financial services in relation to Category I, II, IIA, III and IV are required to complete the level 1 regulatory examination.

This is Test Preparation platform. Answer all Questions, Review and Re-Do. As per the requirements, you need to get 66% (33/50) in the Exam to be deemed competent. Therefore, Reviewing and redoing the tests will help ease the pressure.

The MOCK EXAMINATION, consists of 50 Questions and this will give you an indication of where you are, currently. It is still the responsibility of the student to ensure they make notes, practice until they are ready.

The series of Tests here are designed to ensure that upon completion, the student is ready to do the MOCK EXAM and see how far off they are. Constant updates will also be done to ensure students are kept abreast with all the latest changes to the Legislations.
