
Rooted & Regulated: A 4-Week Nervous System Reset for Women is a gentle, yet powerful journey designed specifically for high-achieving women of color who are tired of living in survival mode and are ready to come home to themselves.
In this course, you’ll learn how your nervous system communicates, how it stores stress and trauma, and—most importantly—how to create safety in your body so you can make decisions from a place of peace, not panic. We’ll explore how overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, and emotional shutdown are often signs of a dysregulated system—not personal failure.
Through trauma-informed lessons, reflective worksheets, somatic tools, and compassionate guidance, you’ll begin to release the pressure of being "on" all the time. You’ll gently rewire the belief that you have to earn rest, love, or clarity. You’ll learn how to self-soothe without abandoning yourself, speak to your body with kindness, and re-establish emotional balance without guilt.
