In this course, you will learn how to communicate with your partner functionally and how to preserve and grow the romantic spark. You can use this content to enrich your current relationship or to learn how to be in a long-term committed relationship that you may find in the future. We will talk about behaviors and communication to promote and about what needs to stop in order to have a better connection. We will discuss dysfunctional communication patterns such as criticism, withdrawal, being aggressive, or playing the victim. We will also talk about creating good boundaries within yourself and with other people. This course will show you how to love unconditionally because unconditional love is what creates a true connection. Also, how to improve yourselves in a way that you can maintain the same steady path together. Many couples struggle with that and one may outgrow the other very quickly if you are not addressing the joint issues at hand.
