This course will teach you how to navigate difficulty and awkwardness in all relationships. The one thing we have control over with another person is ourselves and how we react to them, or ourselves. By reducing emotional reactivity, we can stabilize our emotions, build better communication skills, and enjoy our relationships with others in an authentic, trusting way.
