Social identities are the categories that allow us to be who we are while relating and connecting to one another, and they can impact our work experience. Different social identities have different levels of power in society, and these power differences are often reflected and reinforced in the workplace, sometimes through microaggressions.
Cultivate more inclusive spaces by acknowledging how socialization affects interpersonal relationships and collaboration, developing your understanding of microaggressions, and learning to effectively address microaggressions.
Taught by an expert with over 15 years experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), this course will help you deepen your understanding of microaggressions.
You will be able to:
