Description
What you need is already inside you.
WELCOME TO RECOVERY ROADMAP: 'SOBRIETY TOOLBOX'!
My name is Matt Gardiner - I am a certified Recovery Coach, Life Coach and Breathwork Guide. I also have a certification in Sound Therapy.
I help gray-area drinkers regain control and rediscover who they truly are.
My alcohol-free date is April 8th, 2019.
I was a gray-area drinker for most of my adult life and found myself in the midst of some serious binges towards the end of my alcohol experience.
I know, first-hand, how dangerous these patterns of alcoholism can be, and how hopeless one can feel while in the grips of addiction.
Here is an overview of the Course:
You will find lessons & activities to help deal with the most pressing, immediate challenges in early sobriety.
What we'll cover:
- reframing relapses in a healthier way
- overwhelming binary thoughts of what you "can't have" anymore
- write a break-up letter to alcohol, talk about managing
- replacing bad habits with good habits
- address having a bad day, and how triggering that can be
- triggers, in general
- navigating social situations, alcohol-free
...and much more!
Join my in Recovery Roadmap: 'Sobriety Toolbox' and
"Rediscover Who You Truly Are".
Sincerely,
Matt Gardiner

***
Matt battled alcohol dependency from his late teens into his early 30s. He was a daily drinker from age 21 to 30. At age 27, Matt hospitalized himself with acute pancreatitis. While this was initially framed as the wake-up call Matt needed, after 3 days in the hospital, he was back out drinking within 24hrs of being released.
At age 30, Matt hit a rock bottom moment which led to 3 years + of sobriety. At a friend's wedding, he decided he would attempt “moderation” again, which he tried for the next several years.
When Matt’s dad passed away suddenly in late 2018 (he had been a heavy drinker his whole adult life) Matt decided on the weekend of his father's Celebration of Life that it was time to sober up once again!
That was in April 2019. Matt is now back at 3 years+ sober!
