Description

Do you want to recover from a mental illness, improve your mental health, have a better quality of life or boost your knowledge about mental health?

My name is Henri and I have been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, mixed type. I have been struck by the illness more seriously twice: the first blow was, when I was 22 years old, and the second one was, when I was 25 years old. After getting ill for the first time myself, after a successful recovery and after becoming a licensed experience counselor, I have looked deep into the topic of mental illness and mental health, gotten a lot of knowledge and I want to share that with you. That knowledge comes from my recovery, life experiences (for example, I have been a professional football player, I have achieved excellent academical results from university and I have had a good professional career), seeing and being with other people, who have mental health issues, from trainings to be a licensed experience counselor and from practical work experience at Tallinn Mental Health Centre in Estonia. During my work, I have done the following things: Individual and group counselling, shared my experience story, conducted trainings and I have also given interviews in the national media. To me, a successful recovery means, that I have been able to live a full life, start and finish a master's degree, work full timely in my area in energetics and be a licensed mental health experience counsellor.

If you would like to start the process of developing your mental health, check out this E-Course, that I have created.
