Jeremy Farrell has three decades of experience including recruitment, talent development, global HR leadership, business management, digital transformation, and coaching in many contexts.  Lived experience of the rollercoaster of highs and lows of life and career including retrenchment, illness, divorce and neurodiversity and chronic depression, Jeremy's coaching and counseling skills developed at work, in pastoral work and private practice.

The course cannot avoid a more male perspective because of the life experience of the creator and instructor, and aimed at unemployed men who often struggle to engage with these subjects, but highly valuable to all genders and coaches.
