Instructor
I have been a professional audio mixing engineer for over 15 years. During that time I have been mixing music and mastering music for hundreds of artists all over the world, helping them bring their art to the world. My training has taken me all over the country, working in many analog / digital hybrid studios. I have also studied under well know mixing engineer Michael White who has worked with some of the most famous artist in the world including The Rolling Stones, Whitney Houston, Kiss and the Talking Heads, just to name a few.
In 2012 I decided that I wanted to give back and try to help up and coming audio engineers. I started a YouTube channel where I created short mixing and mastering tip videos and they became extremely popular in the home recording on-line community. I received literally dozens of e-mails and comments each month and people kept asking me to create an in-depth product line that went beyond what I was able to produce for YouTube and at the same time people were asking me about giving them private instruction.
In 2013 I launched Home Recording Made easy.com which is a education site for both home recording musicians and aspiring audio engineer. My goal was to educate the beginner / intermediate student of the basics of recording, mixing and mastering so they could produce professional sounding productions in their home studios. One of the cornerstones of Home Recording Made Easy.com is the
MADE EASY SEREIS training products. These long form video training products were designed to give students a solid foundation of knowledge that will help them improve their music projects. Since it’s inception, the MADE EASY SERIES has grown to 11 different product titles and has sold thousands of copies to students all over the world and I continue to receive dozens of e-mails from students telling me how much these training products has helped them.
