This course is designed as a journey of reconnection to the personal story through gathering resources and tools needed in order to overcome the actual context challenges.
The first chapter will lead to a better understanding of personal values and how to use them in the overwhelming actual context. Exploring the feeling of disconnection and its sources will be a guidance along the journey of reconnection.
The second chapter is about discovering important resources and tools for managing social relationships.
The last chapter explores elements of one's lifestyle and strategies to improve it.
Going through this journey and finishing the quests will reveal a reconnected version of the personal story that was crafted using many resources and tools gathered along the road.

Instructors
Daniela Dumulescu is a psychologist, Ph.D, to Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. She works in the area of social and emotional development strategies for children and young people. Her main research interests include: self-directed career management strategies, social and emotional skills, well-being. Daniela is also a trainer and youth worker with a diverse experience (over 7 years) in many European and national projects. Currently, she is teaching Personality Psychology and Educational Psychology to Babes-Bolyai University. Daniela’s objective is to spread many evidence based information and methods through her activity, in order to improve communities well-being.
Mircea Manita is a motivated trainer and psychologist, currently involved in a graduate programme on „Counseling and Intervention in children and adolescents development”. He has experience in designing courses and activities for Youth, such as two Erasmus+, week long, training courses „Mediators for LifE+” and “Performance for PEACE+”; working with international volunteers in a 6 months European Solidarity Corps on themes such as Conflict mediation, personal and community wellbeing and multiple soft skills. He is eager to learn more, participate and create activities on topic such as using art and creative writing as tools to promote self-discovery, Emotional expression and regulation, developing healthy habits to promote personal wellbeing and the role of volunteering in identity-development for youth.
Alexandra Mutiu is Associate Professor at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She teaches Managerial Accounting and Controlling at licence and master level. With a 3 years work experience abroad (USA, China, Austria and Poland) and over 22 years in Babeș-Bolyai University, she brings the classroom experience toghether with the consultancy experiences in accounting area (over 15 years) and offers stundents the opportunity to learn by understanding the companies’ cases. As a hobby, she is proud to be a psychologist, being preoccupied to increase people’s motivation and their well-being. Currently, she is supervising the activity of two counseling centers of Babeș-Bolyai University: Centrul de Consiliere Student Expert and CCARMA.
