Real Estate Lease Options: Step by Step Guide

I'm Ryan Enk and my goal is to show you how to have the freedom to live your life abundantly. I have what I call my two epic binges in life. The first one was that of failure and the second was of success. 

For my epic binge of failure I started life with massive college debt. I got a job making 24,500 dollars a year to teach, drive a school bus, coach two sports and moderate three clubs and I didn't have enough money living off of that so I had to eat ramen noodles almost every single meal. I lost my house to Hurricane Katrina when my wife was eight month pregnant. I lost my job since the school where I was teaching was six feet under water and I was actually homeless for a few days sleeping in my Chevy Blazer next to gas cans. I then went on over 100 job interviews and if there is anything that I was really good at it was getting told no for jobs that I interviewed for. So I decided that if nobody else was going to hire me then I was gonna hire me. So I started my own business and I had an employee embezzle 4000 dollars from me and move to Australia with it and the business went down in a blaze of glory. Then I got a job selling copiers which was just a soulless corporate job that still didn't pay the bills and every day I drove into work I thought, God can't want this. If my family and I wanted to go out to eat we had to look for couch cushion money and at my lowest point I had to take my wife's pink bike into work because I had sold mine in a garage sale and I didn't have enough money for gas in my truck. 

Then I went on what I call my second epic binge. I needed to get out of the rat race and I could no longer focus on what I didn't have so I began to seek a life of abundance by creating what's called passive income. I started by reading everything I could get my hands on about real estate investing and taking courses. 

Everything I learned I put into action and I tried. Even if I failed, that failure would lead me to a greater success later. I started buying assets and real estate and even though I didn't have any money of my own I bought house after house after house. I wholesaled, I flipped, I did multi-family, I did apartments, I built a two million dollar indoor sports arena and then another one and then I bought commercial property, short term vacation rentals. I did rolling real estate, I bought and sold and cash flowed on over 100 assets. I made enough money for my wife to quit her job as a nurse so she could spend more time with our five kids. I made enough passive income to fire my boss. I made enough passive income to fire myself as my own boss and I increased my net worth to over a millions dollars in one year. And I traveled all over the US with my family in an RV and a yacht and I bought my dream home on the river. 

I want you to know that I'm nobody special but the difference between me riding my wife's pink bike to work, a 14 hour day, and riding an RV around the country and a yacht to Destin for weeks and weeks for free time for a family vacation is knowing how to make passive income and trying it, putting it into action.
