Project is located on a 23270 sqm (5.75 Acre) plot in Sec.- KP-IV. Project comprises of two low rise structures and two high rise towers with the one basement levels as detailed below-

• G+32 storey tower =1 No.
• G+22 storey tower = 1 No.
• G+4 storey Administrative Block = 1 No.
• G+1 Convention Block = 1 No.
• Basement = 1 level

Total Ground Coverage is 6834 sqm and Total Built-up area of all floors are 88000 Sqm. Building is designed on the basis of Green Building Concept and also to achieve a LEEDS platinum rating. Structure has been designed as a RCC framed structure and type of foundation is Raft Foundation. Parking facility is provided in a basement and at stilt level. Offices of the various department are housed in two high-rise towers. The Administration & Auditorium blocks are located at the front in low-rise structures.
