Therefore, I wish to inform you of relevant and important psychological aspects in relation to avoid creating mental pictures of a life, which essentially is unrealistic and stresses you.
Happiness is important due to having a well-balanced life.
This video focuses on the importance of balance between long-term and immediate happiness. It's essential to attend to both forms to achieve happiness in life, but also to become more productive. If you are aware that postponing immediate happiness means a greater balance by constructing long-term happiness, then you are most likely productive and get your things done.
The Pomodoro Method
By using the Pomodoro method, invented by Francesco Cirillo, you will be able to structure your time and work better. The Pomodoro method has tons of advantages and this video will help you grasp the psychological explanation behind it.
So how do I implement the Pomodoro method in my day?

What are have-to's and why are they important to talk about?
In our respective lives we have what I call have-to's. These are things we need to do. Perhaps you could call them obligations to ourselves and others. It's important to be cautious of your have-to's and realize that they are in fact good. If we routinize our have-to's we spend less energy in our day on cleaning etc. and can thus use more energy on work or other projects.
Cut out unnecessary time-fillers!
In this lecture, I will touch upon how electronic devices and social media platforms steal our attention in a questionable way. Unfortunately, most of us are not aware of which processes are present when we use social media, and this video explains why it's hard for us to get out of the loop of endless scrolling.
Spend time to release time
By living a healthy life you will be more fit to get more temporal value per hour. This is not a try to optimize every minute of our day, but if we wish for productive hours throughout the day - why not set ourselves up for success? A healthy diet and exercise will make you cognitively prepared for any work/project and task you might face and will make you live longer thus resulting in more time to use!
Structure your residence
By using a neuropsychological approach I argue that you can change potential challenging associations with your work-space, computer, and other artifacts. By being aware of how our neural circuits work, we can modify unsatisfying behavioral patterns and essentially change them for the better. This video will help you reflect on this theme.
