Behind this course is a woman who’s walked through fire and took notes. As the founder of Alchemy of Myself™, she is not here to fix you — she’s here to guide you back to the version of yourself you buried to survive. A Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Hypnotherapist (IAOT-accredited), she blends ancient wisdom, ritual, and raw truth to help others face their shadows and reclaim their power.
She doesn’t fear the dark — because she’s lived there.
This article introduces her philosophy, her certifications, and her commitment to making shadow work a real, grounded, and life-shifting practice. It also includes an important disclaimer: this course is not therapy or a substitute for professional care. It’s personal, sacred, and designed for emotional insight, not clinical diagnosis.
This video marks the beginning of your descent — the sacred first step into shadow.
This isn’t just a welcome. It’s a summoning.
A call to your truest self — the one buried under wounds, masks, and survival stories.
Inside this module, you’ll:
Receive the Universal Welcome Invocation
Set sacred space for your journey
Begin building energetic and emotional safety for the shadow work ahead
Connect with the deeper reason you're here
Prepare your space. Light a candle. Bring your journal.
And know this: by pressing play, you’re stepping into something ancient, necessary, and powerful.
Let the descent begin.
This video is your initiation.
The Universal Welcome Statement is not just something to hear — it’s something to feel. To say. To carry.
This sacred invocation sets the tone for the journey ahead. It welcomes every part of you — the wounded, the wild, the silenced, the screaming — into a space of radical honesty and deep transformation.
Let it be your anchor. Your spell. Your contract with your shadow.
Repeat it as often as needed.
Whisper it. Scream it. Breathe it.
You are not broken. You are remembering.
Welcome to the descent.
Universal Welcome Statement
I am not here to be fixed.
I am not broken.
I am a system of survival, shaped by fire, forged in shadow, still standing.
I welcome every version of myself into this space —
The rage. The grief. The numbness. The silence.
The masks I wear. The pain I hide. The truths I fear.
All of it. All of me. Is welcome here.
I do not come to bypass.
I come to remember.
I come to witness.
I come to integrate.
In this space, I am not small.
I am not too much.
I am not alone.
I am a force.
A mirror.
A soul in reclamation.
May this work be sacred.
May this work be honest.
May this work bring me home.
The Invocation Ritual marks the threshold between who you’ve been and who you’re about to remember yourself to be. In this video, you’ll be guided through a spoken summoning — calling back every part of you that was silenced, fragmented, or forced to hide.
This isn’t about performance.
This is about presence.
Let these words awaken something ancient. Let your breath sync with truth.
You're not here to be polished — you're here to be whole.
Before you press play:
Light a candle or hold something sacred.
Be still. Be ready. Be honest.
You’re not just watching this — you’re stepping into it.
This is not a lesson, but a welcoming of self into the shadow.
“The descent has begun. See you in the dark.”
— Alchemy of Myself™
In this lesson, we strip the fluff. You’ll learn the roots of shadow work (Carl Jung style), why it matters, and how it’s been diluted into spiritual self-help when it was meant to be soul excavation.
Shadow Work Isn’t What You Think It Is! What You Push Down. Pushes Back Harder!
You’ll explore the difference between hiding and healing — and why ignoring your shadow doesn’t make it disappear. It makes it louder.
We’ll break down what “integration” really means and what it looks like in your real life (not just in your journal).
Name the mask — the identity they created to be safe, liked, loved, or invisible. They’ll begin to trace how much of their personality is actually protection.
In this lesson, we separate shadow work from the spiritual fluff it’s often mistaken for. If you’ve ever been told to just "stay positive," you’ve already been bypassed. This is where we burn down the bypass and reclaim the raw, real path of integration.
Level 1: The Personal Mask (The Outer Layer)
This is the “you” the world sees.
The mask you built to survive — the version of you who’s acceptable, polite, high-functioning, “fine.”
Here live the performative habits. The fake smiles. The perfectionism.
Jung called this the persona — the false self crafted for approval.
Tesla would call this a controlled frequency — one we shape for safety, but that slowly disrupts our inner circuitry.
Level 2: The Suppressed Self (The Hidden Layer)
Beneath the mask is the shadow you know is there but avoid.
The emotions you stuff down: rage, shame, desire, grief.
The parts you say, “I’m fine” to — when you’re absolutely not.
This is where spiritual bypassing thrives.
You cover the wound in glitter and wonder why it still festers.
Jung said this is where the “shadow” begins — what the ego cannot accept.
Tesla would say the energy is blocked here. Out of flow. Interfering with the current.
Level 3: The Inherited Shadow (The Ancestral Layer)
This level isn’t just yours — it’s encoded in your blood.
Generational trauma. Family secrets. Cultural silence.
You might act out patterns you hate, and not know why.
These echoes don’t start with you, but they move through you — until someone stops to see them. That someone is you.
Jung referred to the collective unconscious — a shared psychic inheritance.
Tesla might’ve called this stored vibrational memory — trauma passed like frequency through DNA and behavior.
Level 4: The Soul Shadow (The Root Layer)
This is the deepest. The most ancient. The shadow that predates this life.
The part of you that has been looping through lifetimes — seeking integration.
Past life wounds. Soul contracts. Karmic imprints.
This layer pulses quietly beneath everything, shaping your magnetic field, calling in experiences until you learn the lesson.
Jung danced near this truth but didn’t name it fully.
Tesla? He lived here. He knew we were electrical beings in a spiritual machine.
This is where your soul remembers what your mind forgets.
And this is where true liberation begins.
? Final Words:
To do shadow work is to move through all four layers —
From the mask…
to the pain you suppress…
to the inheritance you carry…
to the soul you forgot.
Jung gave us the map.
Tesla gave us the current.
You?
You hold the switch.
Let’s go deeper.
Truth Beneath the Mask
These prompts are designed to do more than make you think — they’re here to make you remember.
In Module 2, we’re not just defining shadow work — we’re starting to feel where it already lives inside you.
Use these journal prompts to trace the roots of your survival self — the mask you created to be safe, loved, or invisible. These questions aren’t here to fix you. They’re here to unbury you.
Write slow. Write wild. Write real.
This is where the fragments start to speak.
This article dives into the shadow side of “love and light” culture — where pain is polished, discomfort is dodged, and trauma gets wrapped in pretty affirmations. Spiritual bypassing is the art of looking away while pretending you’ve evolved. This piece exposes how avoidance masquerades as healing, and why real transformation means sitting in the mess, not skipping over it. If you’ve ever been told to “just let it go” before you were ready — this is for you.
Answer each question honestly. Circle or note the answer that feels most true right now — not what you want to say. No score needed. Your shadow already knows where you are.
You’ve named the mask.
You’ve confronted the stories, the bypass, the inherited wounds.
You’ve stopped pretending it didn’t hurt.
That’s real work — and you showed up for it.
Now, it’s time to take the next step.
Not around the shadow — into it.
In this transition video, we mark the shift from observation to embodiment.
You’re not just thinking about the shadow anymore — you’re about to face it.
Feel it.
Talk to it.
Module 3 begins the descent into the body —
Where your inner monsters aren’t metaphors.
They’re patterns.
They’re pain.
They’re the parts of you you were told to hide… and now get to reclaim.
This is where things get personal.
And that’s exactly where you need to go.
Let’s go deeper.
The shadow is waiting.
The Descent HAS NO MAP!
This lesson marks the beginning of your descent — the real work beneath the words.
There’s no guidebook for this phase.
No shortcut. No spiritual script.
This is where the shadow stops being an idea and starts becoming sensation — in your chest, your stomach, your throat.
In this video, we explore what it really means to descend.
Not intellectually. Energetically. Emotionally. Embodied.
You’ll learn why the chaos you feel is sacred,
why your resistance is a sign of truth,
and how letting go of control is what lets the integration begin.
This is where we stop pretending.
This is where we start burning.
Welcome to the descent.
There is no map — only the way through.
This isn’t a journaling exercise.
This is an emotional extraction ritual.
These prompts are designed to bypass your filter and drag the suppressed parts of you to the surface — the rage you swallowed, the rebellion you silenced, the truths you never got to scream.
Write like no one’s watching.
Write like it’s finally safe to say the thing.
Because in this space? It is.
This isn’t journaling.
This is a controlled burn.
In this lesson, you’ll be guided through the Fire Letter Ritual — a raw, unfiltered writing practice designed to pull suppressed emotion straight from your bones and onto the page.
This is where you say what you were never allowed to say.
To the people who silenced you.
To the version of you that had to survive.
To the shadow that’s been waiting to be heard.
You don’t write this to be healed — you write it to be honest.
Let your rage speak. Let your grief scream. Let your truth make ink bleed.
You decide what happens to it after: burn it, bury it, keep it, rip it.
But write it like a spell. Burn it like a lie.
This is your reckoning.
You’ve burned through the noise.
You let the truth spill.
You’ve screamed what needed to be heard — maybe for the first time ever.
But rage is just the beginning.
This video marks your descent from fire into reflection.
From emotional release… into deep recognition.
In Module 4, you’ll face something even harder than your pain:
Yourself.
The Mirror Ritual will ask you to sit with the reflection — not the version you show the world, but the one you buried to survive it.
This is where judgment ends, and truth begins.
Let what you see be real.
Let what you feel be enough.
You’ve faced the monsters.
Now it’s time to see who created them.
Let the reflection begin.
This lesson marks the quiet threshold between shadow work and self-witnessing.
You’ve written, screamed, burned, and broken open — but now it’s time to face the one thing you’ve avoided the most: your own reflection.
This video introduces the emotional gravity and sacred purpose of the Mirror Ritual. You’ll learn why we avoid our own gaze, how projection and persona protect us from truth, and what it means to sit with the version of yourself that’s never performed.
There is no hiding here. No script. No affirmation.
Just breath. Presence. And you.
The mirror won’t lie.
But it just might finally set you free.
Not all shadow work begins with intensity.
For those carrying complex trauma, PTSD, or dissociative patterns, the traditional mirror ritual may feel overwhelming — or even unsafe.
This lecture offers a gentler path.
In this version of the Mirror Ritual, you’ll be invited to connect with yourself through presence, not pressure. You won’t be asked to force eye contact or sit in prolonged discomfort. Instead, you’ll be guided to approach your reflection as you would a wounded friend — with patience, consent, and quiet reverence.
You’ll also learn:
Why trauma survivors often avoid mirrors
How to recognize dissociation or overwhelm in the body
How to regulate before, during, and after mirror contact
What to say or do when you’re not ready — but willing
This is not avoidance.
This is sacred pacing.
This is integration that doesn’t break you — it brings you home slowly.
Setup:
Sit in a comfortable, safe space with a mirror nearby (does not need to be face height)
Keep a soft blanket, grounding object, or calming scent nearby
Optional: hold a small mirror in your lap instead of looking directly into it — or place it beside you
STOP IMMEDIATLY IF:
You feel dizzy, numb, spaced out, or disconnected from your body
Your chest tightens or breath shortens
You hear critical voices in your head escalating
Pause. Close the mirror. Ground.
Come back with compassion — or not at all today. That’s integration, too.
This lecture sets the foundation for one of the most powerful and confronting practices in shadow work: the mirror ritual.
You’ll learn why so many people fear their own reflection — not because of how they look, but because of what the mirror knows.
The mirror holds memory. Emotion. The energy of every version of you that wasn’t allowed to be seen.
We’ll explore both the psychological defense mechanisms that make mirror work feel unsafe, and the energetic weight it carries as a sacred tool for self-retrieval.
This is not self-love.
This is not visualization.
This is soul confrontation.
The mirror doesn’t lie.
It just reflects everything you’ve tried to unsee — until now.
The Mirror Ritual – Guided Experience
This is not a meditation.
This is not visualization.
This is a sacred confrontation.
In this guided ritual, you will sit with your reflection — not to judge it, not to change it, but to witness it.
Your eyes will meet the version of you that’s been buried, bypassed, and avoided.
And this time?
You won’t look away.
You’ll be guided breath-by-breath, moment-by-moment, into stillness — into a direct gaze with the self you've long abandoned.
It will be uncomfortable.
It might be emotional.
And it will absolutely be true.
Before You Press Play – Setup Instructions
You’ll need:
A mirror (handheld, wall, or floor — something you can sit with comfortably)
A quiet space
Optional: Candle and journal nearby
Do not rush this. The video can be replayed as many times as you need.
Set your space like you’re about to meet someone sacred — because you are.
Important: PAUSE WHEN TOLD
There are intentional moments in this video where you’ll be asked to pause.
These are not fillers — they are thresholds.
Do not skip them.
Do not rush past the silence.
Pause. Stay. Breathe. Then return.
In-Video Prompt:
“Pause here. Stay in the gaze. Let the discomfort rise.
When you’re ready… press play and continue.”
What This Ritual Does:
Activates the Witness State
Brings subconscious resistance into conscious awareness
Restores energetic connection to the self
Begins the process of shadow integration through stillness, not story
You’ve burned the lies.
Now look the truth in the eye.
This is The Mirror Ritual.
Mirror Debrief Reflection
This video is your landing space after the Mirror Ritual.
Whether you looked for 3 seconds or 30 minutes…
Whether you cried, froze, dissociated, or couldn’t finish —
you made contact.
In this debrief, we’ll explore:
Why we instinctively resist our own reflection
What it means when we hesitate, flinch, or disconnect
How to process what surfaced — emotionally, physically, and energetically
You’ll be guided through reflection questions designed to help you make meaning of what you saw — and what you felt when you saw it.
There’s no right way to do this.
Only the real way.
Let this be your moment of stillness.
Let this be the beginning of integration.
The Mirror Doesn’t Lie — But You Might
This lecture invites you into the most uncomfortable and necessary space in shadow work: your own reflection.
We’ve been taught to fear mirrors — not because of how we look, but because of what we see. Our reflection holds everything we’ve buried to survive: the truth, the grief, the rage, the version of ourselves we’ve tried to avoid for years.
In this lesson, you’ll learn the psychological, emotional, and energetic reasons we resist our own image… and why mirror work is one of the most radical tools for real integration.
This isn’t self-love.
This is self-confrontation.
And it’s sacred.
In this first lesson, we reframe what integration actually means. It’s not a quick fix or spiritual resolution. It’s the sacred act of staying with the truth — long enough for it to become part of you
Lecture Description:
Integration doesn’t mean feeling good — it means feeling whole. In this lesson, you’ll learn the difference between healing and fixing, how to stay with your truth without reacting to it, and simple ways to regulate your nervous system after deep shadow work. This is where transformation becomes embodiment.
Article Description:
After the mirror, after the burn — comes the staying.
This article unpacks the truth about integration: why it’s not about resolution, how to hold discomfort without abandoning yourself, and what your body needs to safely carry what your shadow revealed. Read this when you’re tempted to rush. Read this when you want to run. Most importantly — read this when you’re ready to stay.
The Weight of Staying Present: Returning to the Body After Shadow Work
After deep emotional work, there’s a moment no one prepares you for —
the moment after the breakthrough.
When the fire dies down…
and your nervous system starts asking:
“Are we safe now?”
This is where integration becomes embodiment.
This is where you stop running and start returning.
1. Recognize When You’re Dysregulated
Shadow work can shake your system. Even if you feel “fine” in the moment, here are some common signs that your nervous system is dysregulated:
Feeling numb or flat
Racing thoughts or obsessive thinking
Sudden irritation or anger without cause
Trouble focusing or completing tasks
Chest tightness, shallow breath, jaw clenching
Feeling disconnected from your body or surroundings (dissociation)
Dysregulation doesn’t mean you did something wrong.
It means your system is trying to protect you — and now needs to know it’s safe.
2. Use Breath and Touch as Anchors
You don’t need a 10-step ritual to come home to your body.
You just need anchors — simple, sensory ways to reconnect with presence.
Breath Anchor
Try this:
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–7 seconds
Repeat 3–5 times, whispering:
“I am here. I am safe. I am allowed to feel.”
The longer exhale signals to your nervous system: we’re not under attack anymore.
Touch Anchor
When words don’t work, touch does.
Try:
Rubbing your arms from shoulder to wrist
Pressing your feet firmly into the floor
Placing your hand on your chest or belly and holding steady
Let your body know: “We’re here. We’re together. We’re okay.”
3. Build Safety Through Simple Rituals
Ritual isn’t performance.
It’s repetition with intention — a way of telling your body, again and again:
“You’re not being abandoned this time.”
Create your own nervous system rituals that feel like yours, such as:
Lighting a candle every time you finish a deep emotional practice
Drinking warm tea and putting your phone away for 10 minutes afterward
Journaling one sentence: “This is what I felt, and I’m still here.”
These are not routines. These are reclamation practices.
4. Treat Your Body Like a Trusted Witness
Your body isn’t the enemy.
It’s not something to bypass, battle, or fix.
It’s the one who carried you through the trauma,
held the memories,
stored the screams you couldn’t say out loud.
It remembers.
And now?
It wants to co-author your story — not be erased from it.
Speak to your body like you would a loyal friend.
Say:
“Thank you for carrying that.”
“I’m sorry I ignored you.”
“You don’t have to hold it all anymore.”
Your body is not a battleground.
It’s the archive of your truth — and your greatest ally in integration.
Final Reminder
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to stay present all the time.
But when you do come back —
Come back with compassion.
Come back with breath.
Come back with your hands open, not clenched.
Presence isn’t the goal. It’s the gateway.
And now that you’ve seen the truth, you get to live inside it — body and all.
This Shadow Sparks pack invites you to hold what surfaced — not fix it, not reframe it, just witness it with reverence. These prompts are designed to help you soften toward your shadow, stay present with your truth, and honor what your body and emotions are still carrying. Let this be a space of gentle integration, not performance. Healing doesn’t require force — only your presence.
This ritual invites you to break from the survival story you’ve carried — and write the truth you’re ready to live. Through guided prompts, you’ll identify the old narrative, name its origin, and reclaim your voice with a rewritten truth that reflects your power, not your pain. This isn’t about erasing the past — it’s about taking the pen back. One line at a time.
Before you move forward, take a sacred pause. This lesson honors stillness as the final stage of transformation. You’ve done the work — now let your body and soul catch up. Rest is a ritual, too. You’ve come full circle — now we let the truth settle.
This is the final message of your shadow work journey — but it’s not the end.
In this video, we reflect on everything you’ve unearthed, witnessed, burned, and reclaimed. You’ll be reminded of the tools you now carry, the truths you’ve uncovered, and how to move forward with integrity, not urgency.
This isn’t about being fixed.
It’s about being honest.
It’s about staying awake — especially when it would be easier to shut down.
You’ve done the work most people run from.
Now… you get to live differently because of it.
Welcome to the rest of your life —
the one you choose with your shadow at your side.
You’ve learned to face your shadow, regulate your truth, rewrite your story, and embody wholeness. This course taught you to stop hiding—and start living unfiltered and unapologetically. Much Love! Sending you all of this beautiful healing energy to now find your way.
Use after course completion:
This 4-minute guided meditation is designed to help you settle, ground, and integrate everything you’ve uncovered throughout the course. You’ll reconnect with your breath, your body, and the truth you reclaimed. This isn’t about closure — it’s about presence. Use this meditation anytime you need to return to yourself and remember: You are not broken. You are still here. And that is enough.
This final video offers words of wisdom for those still in the fire — and encouragement to share your truth, your process, and your survival story. Whether through words, art, conversation, or quiet knowing, your experience has the power to inspire someone else to keep going. You’re living proof that healing is possible — and you’re not just surviving it. You’re carrying the torch forward.
You’ve done something powerful — not just for yourself, but for the ones who still think healing is impossible.
This is your reminder that your experience is medicine.
Your story is sacred.
And your voice can guide someone else through their own dark night.
This lesson is your space to reflect on what you’ve walked through and decide how, when, or if you want to share that truth. Whether publicly or privately, your survival isn’t just personal — it’s proof.
Let it ripple.
Let it rise.
Let it reach someone else who’s still burning.
