Instructors
Dr Khan (MBChB (Hons), MRes) applied to Clinical Radiology after his Foundation Year 2 programme and excelled in his application, securing 100% in his portfolio station. He is currently a Clinical Radiology SpR based in the North West School of Radiology.
He is also the Co-Founder of the RadCast, an innovative grassroots podcast show that focuses on discussing the topical issues within radiology. To date, they have covered issues such as artificial intelligence to the workforce crisis and have secured interviews with the likes of Dr Nicola Strickland (previous Royal College of Radiologist's President).
Dr Howie graduated from the University of Liverpool. He applied to Clinical Radiology after undertaking a period of Core Surgical Training and excelled in his application, scoring particularly well in commitment to specialty. He is currently a Clinical Radiology SpR with a special interest in musculoskeletal imaging based in the North West School of Radiology.
He is also the Co-Founder of the RadCast, an innovative grassroots podcast show that focuses on discussing the topical issues within radiology. To date, they have covered issues such as artificial intelligence to the workforce crisis and have secured interviews with the likes of Dr Hedvig Hricak, chair of Radiology at Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital in New York.
Dr Uzoma Nnajiuba is a Specialist Radiology Registrar and a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. He graduated from Imperial College London in 2014 with a Distinction in Medicine and a 1st Class Honours in his Management BSc. He is currently undertaking his sub-speciality training in Head & Neck imaging.
Dr Nnajiuba is also the Co-Founder of the RadCast, an innovative grassroots podcast show that focuses on discussing the topical issues within radiology. To date, they have covered topics from elite sports imaging to 24hr Thrombectomy services and have secured interviews with the likes of AuntMinnie Europe's editor-in-chief, Mr Philip Ward.
