Quantum Crystal Healing (1) - Ignite Your Healing Potential

In this lecture, you will gain an understanding of how crystal healing has progressed through time and how certain  civilisations have used crystals to treat ailments. You will start to understand how you can apply the healing power of crystals in your own life.

In this lecture, I teach you about the relationship between energy in our world and crystals. I explain how crystals are conduits for energy and how they can transform it. I also draw the analogy between our own personal energy and how it interacts with others.

I teach you about your 'energy bank account' and where you leak energy and where you gain it. I explain the significance of your vital energy, in the context of your past and the tethers that you may still have that no longer serve you. I explain the difference between empathy and being an empath and invite you to assess where you believe you sit on the scale. This has a significant impact on the way you live your energetic life.

In this lecture, you will come to understand the importance of being truly self-aware. I will teach you about the concept of 'energy broadcasting' and how this process influences your interior and exterior world. This is the first step to enable you to effectively use the law of attraction. It is relevant to crystal healing - because everything is energy!

During this lecture you will understand how your mind tries to control your world. I will enlighten you by explaining that you have choice about where you place your focus and attention. This allows you to change your energetic broadcasting frequency, so giving you back control over your mind. You will be using your mind to attract certain crystals, so it's important you learn how yours works and can play tricks on you!

This lecture delves even further into the aspect of mind control. I will explain how we all conjure movies in our mind and how these can influence our mood and behaviour. This realisation gives you the opportunity to change what you imagine and therefore manifest.

Now that you have understood how your energy and mind influence what you potentially desire, I give you tools and techniques to design the life you seek. These tools are essential steps in the manifesting process. You will use this manifesting technique when you call in the crystals you need from the quantum field later on in the second of the trio of courses.

In this lecture, I explain how important it is for you to use the power of visualisation to rewire your brain to start creating a new outcome. I also encourage you to use emotion to amplify the things you desire and want to manifest. Only then will the universe really listen.

By this stage you will be well on your way to manifesting what you want in your life, but one key element remains. I explain the duality of attachment and surrender. You will understand that as humans we find it hard to resist the 'how', yet the universe requires us to trust and give it free rein for manifestation.

In this lecture, you will learn about the existence of the 7 crystalline structures and why certain people are drawn to particular stones with particular structures.

In the resource section of this lecture, you will find a meditation that will activate the piezoelectric forces within your body, using the aid of two quartz points (preferably used alongside the meditation, or you can visualise the quartz points). The meditation will aid deep healing, the regeneration of cells, tissues and energy channels within the body and help you to engage with your own crystalline structure and forces within your body.

This meditation is an excellent way to engage on the journey of this course - to awaken the innate forces within your body and start understanding how crystals can aid your healing. The meditation follows some of the energy pathways in the body (Meridian lines). If you prefer to use a video version of the meditation with imagery, please access it in lecture 15 below.

This Meditation is now a video with an image which plays in the background as you enjoy being taken through the crystalline activation process. It is the same as the downloadable audio version available in the resource section of the lecture above (lecture 14.) but my hope is that you may find it easier and more enjoyable to use.

This meditation forms an important stage in helping you to grow your internal crystalline matrix. When used in conjunction with the 'Crystal Journeying Meditation' (lecture 21 & 22)), it will bring about a powerful connection to the crystal kingdom within you.

Ideally, you will need two clear quartz points to perform this meditation (these are needed at the start). However you can use your imagination to visualise the quartz points if you don't have them accessible.

The meditation lasts about 20 minutes and can be used whenever you want to re-connect with your crystals, grow a deeper connection with the crystalline structure within your own body and those of your crystal stone collection and help to assimilate more information in your crystalline matrix. It also helps to promote overall health and balance in your body. Therefore it's a wonderful healing tool to use anytime. I hope you enjoy it.

Now that you understand how crystal structure and personalities are related and attracted to each other, I encourage you to reflect on why you may be drawn to particular crystals. I then teach you about the two different teaching methods that crystals use to help us evolve.

In this first lecture of section 8, I discuss what intuition is and invite you to develop your own personal definition. The following practical exercises are essential in preparing you for any type of energy work. I suggest in particular, that you go through all of these exercises before you go shopping to purchase your chakra set (please see Crystal Shopping List in the supporting documents).

Practical Exercise - This demonstrates the first steps in preparing your personal energy for any healing or energy work, namely Ground, Centre and Protect.

Practical Exercise - (Please pair up with another person) This is the first exercise where you start to ignite your innate guidance system and intuition. You will be taken through the steps to sense another person's aura, taking it in turn to sense and be sensed and feed back to each other. Please make sure you ground, centre and protect your energy before you start this aura sensing exercise - reference the previous lecture and supporting documents for guidance.

Practical Exercise - (Please pair up with another person) This is the second exercise where you start to ignite your innate guidance system and intuition. You will be taken through the steps to sense another person's chakras, taking it in turn to sense and be sensed and feed back to each other. Please make sure you ground, centre and protect your energy before you start this chakra sensing exercise - reference the previous lectures and supporting documents for guidance.

Practical Exercise - This is the third exercise, where you engage the experience and intuitive learning from the previous two exercises, into practice. Now you will be sensing which stones you energetically resonate with, by trusting your newly ignited intuition. This is the exercise I suggest you employ when you go on your crystal shopping trip, but I advise you practice beforehand with some stones you may already own.

Please make sure you ground, centre and protect your energy before going through the process of choosing your stones, whether in the comfort of your own home or out shopping. Reference the previous lectures and supporting documents for guidance.

Once you have bought or selected your crystals (preferably 7 chakra stones and a grounding stone) I would suggest that you use the 'Crystal Journeying Meditation' (in the following lecture 22.) to connect with the personalities of each of your stones.

This 'Crystal Journeying Meditation' can be used every time you want to connect with a specific crystal. It will allow you to journey into the energetic depths of the stone and develop a relationship with it. It is important that you develop this relationship with every stone in your chakra set (7 chakra stones + 1 grounding stone). I encourage you to use this meditation as often as possible, as it will help to build a crystalline matrix within your being. Only then will you be able to 'virtually' call in any crystal you need at any time in the past, present or future.

This 'Crystal Journeying Meditation' can be used every time you want to connect with a specific crystal. It will allow you to journey into the energetic depths of the stone and develop a relationship with it.

It is important that you develop this relationship with every stone in your chakra set (7 chakra stones + 1 grounding stone). I encourage you to use this meditation as often as possible, as it will help to build a crystalline matrix within your being. Only then will you be able to 'virtually' call in any crystal you need at any time in the past, present or future.

The fact that the next course in the trio is separate, hopefully gives you time to do at least 3 or 4 meditations with your crystals. This will prepare you in readiness for course (2) if you wish to do it.

Bonus - A summary discussion with two students who have completed the practical exercises taught in course (1) 'Ignite Your Healing Potential'. They discuss their experiences using the energy preparation techniques, the aura sensing and chakra sensing practicals. Suggestions are also made for further learning and development and tips on how to tune in to your intuition more effectively for crystal selection.

In this lecture, I share with you the final stage (icing on the cake) for using the law of attraction for manifestation. I explain how opening the door to the Quantum Field of Possibilities will enrich your intuitive guidance system. Your intuition is essentially the conduit, or messenger, between you and the quantum field. I explain how miraculous healing can work if we are willing to 'take out the slides' from our mind projector.

In the previous lecture I explained how we need to open the door to the Quantum Field of Possibilities - but how do we do this? I share with you the single most important biological tool we have in our bodies to enable this. I then go on to demonstrate how we can monitor our heart coherence with both technology and sensing. This is something you will need to practice and be disciplined with if you wish to access miraculous healing in your life.

In this practical demonstration you will see two students perform the heart coherence connection exercise and discuss their experiences. This video can be followed in tandem with your own practise as it sets the scene for a meditative state and helps everyone present (both in the video and watching) to become more present.
