In this first lecture, I summarise what energy is in our world, the cosmos and within us. I explain how this influences and affects our holistic health and how we can learn to manage this using our energetic body and healing tools. This video prepares you for the following lectures focusing on the aura, subtle bodies and chakra system. The aim of this section of the course, is to give you a good firm grounding knowledge in the energetic body, so you then understand why you may be drawn to place crystals in certain areas of your body and aura.

In this lecture I explain the main overriding idea of what the 'Aura' is, what it represents in use (energetically), how we respond to other peoples auras and where it sits in relation to the other elements of the energetic body.

In this lecture I use the analogy of how a supply chain works within the infrastructure of a continent or country to describe the relationship between the aura, meridian lines (or nadis) and the chakra system. This will help you to really and truly grasp the synergy between these energetic systems and how interdependent the overall system is on it's constituent parts.

In this lecture I take students through the 7 layers of the subtle body (aura) using a diagram representing the different coloured layers. This is a summary of the main themes found within each layer and how they relate to the whole energetic body.

In this lecture I describe the 7 layers of the aura (subtle bodies) in more depth and relate them to how we manage our personal energetic field in life. This will help students understand the relationship between the placement of crystal stones in and around their aura during healing sessions and the relevance to potential stagnant blockages in their energetic system. Therefore, this lecture is important if students wish to effectively 'diagnose' their own energetic health going forward.

In this lecture, I give an overview of the chakra system and how it relates to the energy we receive and internalise in our daily lives. I explain how the chakras inter-relate, layer and even mask each other in their attempt to manage our 'heavy or stagnant' energy. This lecture gives students a good understanding of the importance of the chakra system in healing self, which will be the focus of the next section in this course.

For students who wish to bridge their knowledge (if they have not completed course (1) or course (2)); I have included some information on grounding and protecting techniques, how to care for crystals and the crystal shopping list in the resource section.

In this lecture I summarise the personality traits of the 7 individual chakras so students can get an impression of how they interact with the overall energetic body and life evolution of a person. I also share the specific organs or parts of the physical body which are maintained by each chakra. This then enables students to correlate which chakra may have an imbalance of energy in relation to physical 'dis-ease'. All this information is very useful when going on to heal oneself in the next section of the course - it adds depth of knowledge for profound personal healing.

In this final lecture of the section, I explain how the 'Energetic Body' is a whole integrated entity and I bring the chakra system to life by describing it using the analogy of a rose. This, I hope will help students to understand how all things in life essentially have a chakra system (living things, objects, even our planet) and how the different levels of the chakras correspond to the descriptive adjectives we would use to describe such things. My aim is to give students a dynamic understanding of the chakras...not just about colour, areas of the body they maintain etc. but a more holistic and expanded understanding.

This is the first demonstration video where I show you how to perform a personal chakra balance on yourself. This layout of crystals will bring balance and harmony to all your 7 main chakras and is an essential technique to add to your healing 'Tool Kit For Life'.

As with all personal healing treatments, it is imperative to protect your energy and the space where you will be working. In this lecture I go through all the aspects of room preparation and also how to simply protect your personal energy and the room using the power of your control crystal.

This important lecture shows you how to 'Shape Shift' your personal energy field into the symbols of the 7 chakras. This enables you to use the 7 symbols as surrogate healing tools so you can act as your own crystal therapist for your own personal healing at distance (remotely). This lecture forms the fundamental basis for all the proceeding demonstrations in this section of the course.

This is the first distance healing demonstration using the 7 chakra symbols as surrogates for your personal energy field, allowing you to distance heal yourself. I show you how to use your quartz pendulum to perform a quick chakra check and balance.

This important lecture shows you how to close all personal healing treatments safely, making sure you are grounded, your chakras are 'zipped up' and you are protected. This important process needs to be followed after every personal healing treatment you perform on yourself.

In this lecture I show you how to place your chakra stones onto the surrogate distance healing layout that you have learnt in the previous lectures. This allows you to perform a full chakra balance at distance from yourself (as your own crystal therapist, remotely). With this distance, it gives you further flexibility and freedom to sense your energies and witness your own healing.

Sometimes we need extra powerful protection while healing ourselves. This may be because we feel particularly vulnerable on a day, or we know we will be working on ourselves at a deep healing level. In this lecture I show you how to use the 'Seal of Solomon' using your 6 quartz points to magnify the protection around your personal energy field and in a room or environment. This technique is another essential crystal therapy technique that you can now apply to your own personal healing because you have learnt how to use the 7 chakra symbols as surrogates for your own energy field.

In the previous lecture I described what the 'Seal of Solomon' is and how you can position 6 quartz points to create this protective layout. In this lecture, I explain and demonstrate how to turn the points outwards to extract stagnant energy and choose a crystal for the centre of the layout, followed by the inversion of the crystal points and the selection of a crystal to inject positive energy inwards.

This lecture demonstrates how you can use your quartz points to amplify healing energy in a room, around a couch or healing area or around a specific part of the body. You will need a compass for this exercise (mobile phones usually have this feature integrated) and you will also need up to 6 quartz points. This technique can be used in combination with the 'Seal of Solomon' or separately in a variety of situations.

This is a bonus lecture for students who have become accustomed to using all the techniques shared so far in the course. This is a more advanced healing treatment that you can perform on yourself using your surrogate distance healing configuration. You will also need one or two crystal wands, or long pointed shaped crystals. Firstly, I explain how to prepare the healing space, select appropriate wands and the various healing movements I will perform during the aura massage.

This lecture is the full demonstration of the crystal aura wand massage showing an intuitive approach to crystal healing. The intention behind sharing this personal healing treatment is to show how developing an individual approach to crystal healing is a natural evolution of one's growing intuition. My hope is that it will inspire students to develop their own crystal healing style.

In this demonstration lecture I explain how you can create your own personalised crystal essence. I go through all the materials you will need so you can follow the demonstration and create your own essence, in tandem with me and one of my students, Neil. We will be using the power of intention with words and mantras as well as the frequency of colour and sacred geometry to further amplify the crystal essences we produce.

This lecture is where we assemble all the elements of the crystal essence, the containers, labels (to decorate the outside) and choose the crystals using the guidance from quartz pendulums.

This last demonstration lecture finalises the crystal essence creation where I fill the jar with filtered water and show students how to energise the concoction. The process of developing your own crystal essence is a lovely way to incorporate the healing quality of crystals into your life by ingesting beautiful healing energy.

This lecture brings together everything students have learnt in the course and can therefore now apply into their daily lives. I share examples of how crystals can be used to support and supplement every day living. This lecture is aimed at inspiring students to create imaginative ways in which they can use crystals in their home, work place, social gatherings and personal healing to bring about balance, harmony and optimum health. Now students can truly put these tools in to their 'Tool Kit For Life'.
