Requirements
- Own a full set of chakra stones, 1 pendulum, 6 quartz points + 1 control crystal.

- A foundation level understanding of what energy is and how it is used in healing.
- It would be preferable if you already own crystals, wear them or use them in your home.

Expansive Learning:
In this course 'Apply Deep Healing For Life', I will demonstrate the ways in which you can place crystal stones on your physical body in order to engage personal healing. The chakra system will be used as a 'skeleton map' for the application of these stones in order to engage physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. (*Read more detail for course 3 further below)

You are of course, able to select any of the 3 courses as stand alone learning, however you may find there are gaps in your knowledge in order to fully benefit from all the topics I talk about.
*What I will cover in Course 3 ~ Apply Deep Healing For Life
I will start by taking you on a 'tour' of the chakra system and how it interrelates with the aura, nadis and meridian lines in the body. This will give you a rich understanding of the relevance of chakra energy when combined with the application of crystals on your body.
I will then show you practical ways in which you can use quartz points to magnify crystal layouts, aid energetic protection and focus healing at specific points on the physical body and in the aura. I will also show you how to combine the knowledge from the previous two courses and perform distance healing on yourself, tapping into the quantum field. Finally we will learn how to create crystal essences for internal ingestion and how to integrate crystal healing into your every day life.
Ultimately, this course brings together all the energy healing learning from the two previous courses and teaches you how to literally apply deep healing with crystals for your life going forward. This is so that you can heal YOURSELF in all dimensions of being.

She acts as both a conduit of healing energy and a catalyst for change, to help people realise their true potential, awaken their innate intuition and ultimately realise their Soul Contracts in life.
In recent years, she has been inspired and guided by world leaders in spirituality, quantum physics and mindfulness, fortunate enough to have travelled to places from as far as Arizona to London, while taking part in inspiring professional development courses. She regularly practices as a holistic consultant from her therapy centre 'Mendip Reiki Healing Arts' in the UK and is also a passionate professional ceramic artist producing nature inspired pottery 'Sonya Ceramic Art'.
