Problem Solving 7x is a course during which I will teach you seven problem-solving techniques that come from the world of quality systems: they are so powerful that you can use them right away.
In fact, to be an efficient problem solver it is important to increase our skills, learn the techniques that really work, and that analyze the causes of our problems.

I have a great dream: I imagine the world of work as a place where people grow up, feel good, and participate in a common goal.
I imagine it as a place where you can go willingly and from which you return with a smile on your lips.
To make all this real, you need above all to want to create beautiful work environments.
Then, three powerful tools help a lot:
- training that makes us professionals and better people,
- advice, because sometimes being taken by the hand serves,
- the technology that is an integral part of our lives.
I am a management engineer and since 2001 I have been dealing with organizational consultancy and Quality Systems.
I discovered the training and I fell in love with it so much that since 2012 I started attending specific courses to become a trainer myself.
In 2014 I took back my life and founded qualydea®, whose mission is to help people in your company to be more productive and smiling. Since 2017 I have been a certified instructor of Mind Maps and Public Speaking.

Ho un grande sogno: immagino il mondo del lavoro come un posto in cui le persone crescono, stanno bene e partecipano ad un obiettivo comune.
Lo immagino come un luogo verso il quale si va volentieri e dal quale si torna con il sorriso sulle labbra.
Per arrivare a rendere reale tutto questo, serve soprattutto voler creare ambienti di lavoro belli.
Poi, ci sono tre strumenti potentissimi che aiutano tanto:

Sono un ingegnere gestionale e dal 2001 mi occupo di consulenza organizzativa e di Sistemi Qualità.
Ho scoperto la formazione e me ne sono innamorato tanto che dal 2012 ho iniziato a frequentare corsi specifici per diventare io stesso un formatore.
Nel 2014 mi sono ripreso in mano la mia vita ed ho fondato qualydea®, la cui missione è aiutare le persone nella tua azienda ad essere più produttive e sorridenti.
Dal 2017 sono istruttore certificato di Mappe Mentali e di Public Speaking.
